The School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) enhances the ability of schools and learning centers to foster a supportive environment for teaching and learning. It promotes the overall development and learning readiness of students through timely planning, resource mobilization and equitable distribution, human resource development, and technical support. SGOD also builds strong partnerships with stakeholders to boost support and resources, ensuring the effective implementation of sustainable programs, projects, and services aimed at improving access to and the quality of basic education.

SDO Santa Rosa City Accredited as CPD Provider

The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Santa Rosa City has been officially accredited as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Provider by the CPD Council of Professional Teachers (Accreditation No. PTR-2024-611). This accreditation allows SDO to offer CPD programs aimed at enhancing the teaching skills and competencies of educators and personnel, supporting their continuous professional growth. The accreditation was led by Mr. Mouller Lumague and Jeanne Elaine Sangalang from the Human Resource Development Section (HRDS), with strong backing from the Division’s Top Management.
